Adrian has run a town planning consultancy for the last 30 years which has specialised in development assessment and viability appraisal. He also has wide development experience in both residential and commercial sectors having owned and operated a number of development companies over the last 25 years. 

Chris is a Chartered Surveyor who has worked at a number of property businesses in Central London over the last 10 years in various investment and development roles. He is experienced in assessing and managing development projects within residential and commercial sectors across the UK and has established relationships with many Local Authorities. 

Phil is a Director of Gleeds Management Consultants Ltd. He provides cost consultancy services on a range of contruction sectors, including residential, commercial, retail and leisure. Services include production of bespoke construction cost reports and cost negotiation with the Local Authority viability advisor. The benchmarking is supported by Gleeds Research and Development Department.
